Geez, I go out of town for a while and something interesting finally happens.

Sounds like this clown could use 30 "Bill me later" subscriptions to Ebony.

>>>>>It's kind of like shooting the bird to some innocent looking dude on the interstate.

One thing you learn in New York City is to meter yourself.

My neighbor, now dead as a result of a gunshot in front of Sparks Steak house thanks to John Gotti, had a similar experience.

A couple young punks cut him off in traffic and flipped him off.

Big Paul sent a couple soldiers to pick the guys up and bring them to the house just to let them know he could.

The story ends with him cutting them loose as one of them had pee running down his pants legs.

In my neighborhood it'd be VERY bad business , here where the guy across the street leaves for work in an S600 with a black H2 in front and one behind, to start something.

I went to the home show once with preprinted address and phone number stickers and signed a person up for every drawing and request for information I could find. I also called and got the free book of mormon sent to his house. That was hysterical. As you are well aware there is no free book.

DJ,

You could drive in 88!

Danny and I were of driving age in the late 70's.

I'd recommend taking this stuff offline. People are free and will do whatever they want, but discussing what you want to do on this forum can make this site a target for possible litigation.

The person who lost money should either get it back or file charges though.

As much fun as it is to plan revenge, I've never ultimately found any satisfaction in it... and in fact just end up feeling like I wasted more time.

That abbyme site is great... I'm now using it to send harassing phone calls to all my friends! They won't recognize my work number.

Please stick to legal means of recovery. The local police should be perfectly happy to act upon a mail fraud charge or whatever applies in this case.

You have his address, just send him a registered letter telling him if he doesn't make good one way or another you will file a FEDERAL mail fraud suite. I'm betting he'll wise up, for his sake.

Even so, don't let this issue sour you to the kindness and generosity of the fine folks here at BadWeb. I've only met a handful, but this is one crowd I'm proud to be part of.

Heck, just mail him some Okra, that'll make him wonder what kind of people he's pissin' off.LOL

Hogs,

Good luck with your situation. My advice to you is this, contact your credit card or Paypal or however you paid him and dispute the charge. Post what he did to you on this site and others if you wish. Contact the administrator of this site, and let him know what has happened to see about having him banned from the site. Beyond that, I would be very careful. While plotting revenge may be fun, it is usually not wise and is often counterproductive. You could also contact the police department in the town where he lives and file a complaint. They might take interest in it, but I wouldn't count on it. Unfortunately, it is folks like this that make me so wary about buying anything over the internet. I have had good and bad experiences. The bad usually happened when I was trying to get the GREAT deal. They usually aren't. Again, good luck.

No - you have to draw the line somewhere - and threatening with OKRA is just too far over the line. I'm sorry but cruel and inhuman punishment is just wrong - even for such a rip-off.

I can't believe this guy doesn't have a tire iron up his keetser yet. You guys found out everything about him, you probably know when he takes a dump.

Take all your info and call the cops in his town, they'll go visit him.

yep I would definitely contact your credit card company and dispute the charges. That is why you pay all of that interest.
