Would I need to do a TPS reset after putting in new plugs?
Thanks!

Not needed.

However, if you changed your plugs because of bad running, or high mileage, a TPS reset couldn't hurt, and might help the bike run better, especially if you haven't had one done in 5,000 miles or so.

I though that my bike was running fine, but it ran a whole lot better after Hammer threw a TPS reset on it.

It took him all of five minutes in the TWO parking lot, with his leathers on.

Then he did Tr95ker's, who also reported a big improvement.

The trick is to find someone who REALLY knows how to do this relatively simple procedure. Seems like a fair number of HD mechanics do NOT. And doing it wrong can be worse than not doing it at all.

I have the diagnostic software and have done the TPS reset. I had some issues with the software staying connected to the bike, but had sorted that out. Bikes going into hiding soon, but I had the plugs changed a little while back and was curious. Thanks for the insights.
