I've ordered most of the parts for the Stator rework but does anyone know if any gaskets should be ordered that I may not be aware of for the fix?

Thanks

Stator (Ignition) cover gasket for sure just in case you ruin the original one. If you have to remove the muffler to install the Crank Locking Tool, then maybe the gaskets between the head pipes and muffler.

I am pretty sure Mancuso will have the gasket or be able to order it. check the main store first.
Has to be a Harley dealer that hung on to its Buell service designation.

If you need work done, I would take the bike to Austin to Cowboy.
At least that's what my brother does with his XB. he lives in Katy.

the best way to contact custom rewind is to call Gary at 800-798-7282 put your stator in a box with a check for $140.00 send it out to them and thats that....

I had mine on and off about a half dozen times before I tore the original gasket

Glad I had a new one

Wish I had the header/muffler gaskets, since they are fragile, got a bit roughed up, and the job would have been easier with new ones
