I'm certainly no expert, but I'd guess that if your bulbs and fuses are both good, it would be something in the wiring or IC.

My rear turn signals went out, but they were the LED ones that were known for going bad, simple swap out with the updated versions worked for me.

As all three are out, could it be a bad earth ?

By tail, I assume you mean both the running light AND brake light are out, in additional to the turn signals? It is too many to be a coincidence, so I would start with checking the fuses and see if you have a bad ground.

Do your all the front lights work?

The brake light works and had the turns replaced when new. And all the fuses in the block under seat are good. Thanks All

If you have a test light or voltmeter, see if there's power to the tail lamp. If you do, it's most likely a bad ground. If there's not, it's farther up the line...

when you turn on the turn signals do the turn singal lights on the ic light up?
I'm trying to figure out if you ic is sending the turn signals the signal to light up and they are not getting it, or if the ic is bad and is not sending a signal.
