Jeez, I kind of hate to use the same theme 2 years in a row. Let me see what I can come up with. |

Fly the sky to own the corners? One small step for man, one giant leap towards adventure? Fly straight, ride twisted? |

Reepi, that'll be "fly the sky to own all the corners". Only trouble is, he says there aren't any dirt roads in Wisconsin... |

Hey Dave and Anonymoose, Lets Plan and Adventure across the "Trans Labrador Highway" What a way to test the quality of the new Buell!!!! Of course do it in the spring when the snow has melted and the road is good and sloppy!!!!! |

Well, you know, if some of you would commit to taking advantage of the "deal" it would get me planning faster! |

Let's see what the 23rd brings, Dave and it'll probably be a little easier for some of us to commit. Maybe some of us won't want to wait until the spring? 'Course it all depends on the MSRP, too. Rumors are 11,999?????? That might blow the deal for me right there, especially if hard bags are an add on item. |

Philly, Really, how would anyone know that yet? I doubt it will be that much. For you Bill, I think I could sneak you in! Yes, tomorrow will tell me which direction the promotion should go |

Philly, Really, how would anyone know that yet? I doubt it will be that much. Found this post at sport-tourer.net last night. Maybe it's BS, but it sounds plausible: There is an article and report with pics of the new Buell XB12X Ulysses in Cycle World or? Sorry, I got home without the mag or remembering which I saw it in. It is a bigger version of the XB city with a high front fender, longer travel suspension, longer wheel base, higher bars, lower pegs, back luggage rack, side and top bags are optional, one more gallon fuel capacity, optional heated grips,..... It still has the looks of the XB, but roomier. It does have a new swingarm, stronger rims, and a heavier flywheel to aid in slow speed riding. They had to make the frame larger to allow one more gallon of gas which affects the amount of steering lock. Great 1st report with a comparison with the GS and Multistrada. Overall liked, but the 2 concerns really reared their ugly head. Steering lock and the heavier flywheel. Check it out, prices are at 11,999.99 if I remember correctly. |

I like my idea too as it would mean I would have to fly away to pick up one of the bikes anyway. Seeing I still don't have a Buell Retailer?!? I have rode the main highways back from Central Canada a few times now and the next time I'd love to take the Trans Labrador Highway. You have paved roads until Wabush, Labrador then its dirt from there to Happy Valley-Goose Bay. From there you take a Ferry to either the southern part of Labrador or go on to the Island of Newfoundland. It is quite the adventure and you will see wilderness and wildlife like never seen before. |

Dave, When is the date going to be around. If I can't find a good deal on a used you can more than likely count me in on a black 12s. The date could make or break it though. |

Danny, Thinking of doing something like it with Ducati? You have the location for it. Well other than the factory tour! Why does it still say Modesto Ducati/Buell in your profile? Did you guys take Buell back? |

Why does it still say Modesto Ducati/Buell in your profile? Because I'm lazy. Fixed now. Thinking of doing something like it with Ducati? You have the location for it. Well other than the factory tour No reason, saw the build-up for it but didn't see the execution. Wanted to know how it went. BTW, there is a very cool road between here and DNA Corporate. |
