These two riders of the twisties were talking. Over the years they had discussed going to heaven, wondering if it really existed. They agreed that when the first one of them died he would find a way to get back to the other to let him know if heaven was for real. As Luck would have it Rider #1 passed and found a way to communicate with his buddy. He reported that heaven was great. They had the best twisties. The earthly rider responded that he would look forward without fear. Rider #1 responded that he would not have long to wait, because he was leading the ride tomorrow. |

At the end of this post, you are asked a question. Answer it immediately. Don't stop and think about it. Just say the first thing that pops into your mind. This is a fun "test"... AND kind of spooky at the same time! Give it a try and see if you are among the 98% or the 2%. You'll understand what that means after you finish taking the "test." Now - just follow the instructions as quickly as possible. Do not go to the next calculation before you have finished the previous one.. You do not ever need to write or remember the answers, just do it using your mind. You'll be surprised. Start:! How much is: 15 + 6 3 + 56 89 + 2 12 + 53 75 + 26 25 + 52 63 + 32 I know! Calculations are hard work, but it's nearly over.. Come on, one more! ... 123 + 5 QUICK! THINK ABOUT A COLOR AND A TOOL! Scroll further to the bottom.... A bit more... You just thought about a red hammer , didn't you? If this is not your answer, you are among 2% of people who have a different, if not abnormal, mind. 98% of the folks would answer a red hammer while doing this exercise. If you do not believe this, pass it around and you'll see. Be sure to put in the subject line if you are among the 98% or the 2% and send to everyone, including the person that sent it to you Jack (a 98%'er) |

I thought red wrench. Does that make me a 2%er or am I in a league of my own? Different in Every Sense |

Okay, maybe we can get a custodian to delete the thread. I thought red hammer, rolled down, and was flabbergasted to see that. I just wanted to share it with someone. With seven out of eight being 2 percenters, it obvious that the numbers don't crunch. Unless the next 392 people think red hammer of course. Jack |

Well I thought of black and an open end wrench. However I think the reason we don't see so many red hammers is its a Buell forum. We are all out of the 98% area in most things. |

Blue screwdriver?! Makes sense though, it was the last tool I used (to swap out springs on a Ruger New Vaquero in 357Magnum). Now wait. This is going to be seriously affected by "cultural issues". If you're from someplace that doesn't use hammers in the same fashion and/or doesn't normally color them, the answers are going to be different. In our case, most of the people on this forum use tools all the time, on our bikes or whatever else, cars, guns, you name it. We're more likely to think of a REAL tool than any random percentage of the population, which is why I suspect this test isn't working HERE - assuming it's any good at all. |

most of us motorcycle enthusiasts use mech tools more often than we do our carpentry tools, hence the disparity on this motorcyclist board |

Alright, I said red hammer. I'll admit it. And it really freaked me out! I scrolled back trying to see if there was some trick... I did all the math in my head. I went back and wrote it all down to see if there was some subliminal message. I don't see one... Strange. |
