Time & again, I express my dislike of Trump's persona, his crudity, and personality. But he rejected the Obama New Normal ( you'll never get more, life will never get better, so shut up & just be a serf ) and improved the economy and created jobs and wealth for the Citizens.
mostly by dismantling Obama regulatory excess, aka fixing the deliberately broken. Which counts! And is one of the few things that doesn't require dictatorial power grabs.
The other praise I reluctantly must offer is that Trump makes deals that profit Both sides. Other than "I get more power" that's alien to leftist ( Obama ) thought.
I first got a letter from the Peoples Republic of Illinois telling me I can get a mail in ballot. I ignored it. Today I got another letter from the Secretary of State asking me why I haven't asked for a mail in ballot. There's no way will I mail in my ballot! This is all a sham and I'll be there on Nov. 3rd in person to do my voting.
I should check my mailbox and see if there’s a ballot there. Colorado always sends out ballots and I drop mine in the special box by the polling station.
Only time I’ve mailed a ballot was when I was deployed in the Navy.
Yep. this guy, who supports the Klan and arson is blackmailing his father over a Trump yard sign. I'd rewrite my will.
... the Establishment Republican Leaders hate Trump too. I'll go along, for the sake of argument, that they are, indeed, evil. So this Woke son should, by any logical reasoning, support Trump.
Impeachment, arson, riots, murder... And those are the NICE things promised and delivered by the Party. A FDR style packing the Supreme Court to 15 judges making a majority to erase the Constitution and the Electoral College are worse threats than the Soros Riot Squads.
Someday there will be a book telling how an old Nazi Gazillionaire paid to have White racists pretend to care about the Blacks they despise while burning their neighborhood.
But if he wins, it will be published in Hungary and you'll need to read it on the internet hidden from American/Chinese Big Tech censorship.
Just posted this in the Democrat thread - it's appropriate here, as well:
Here are the words of Ruth Bader Ginsburg in 2016 regarding the nomination of Merrick Garland to the Supreme Court.
"There's nothing in the Constitution that says the president stops being the president in his last year," Ginsburg said in a 2016 New York Times interview in which she called for Garland to receive a confirmation vote in the Senate.
As for whether the Senate should take up a vote on Garland, Ginsburg said at the time, "That's their job."
