Hi! In no particular order, I need the following (parts need not be new, but in working condition, no cracks or deep scratches, broken lenses and so on): Headlight chrome trim bezel Front foot pegs, rubber intact and so on. Front blinkers Hose plug and clamp for one of the 2 hoses for oil change. My oil hose has a plug and clamp, other one does not. The black plastic cap covering the mirror mounting screw (slides freely on mirror stem) My e-mail is crisancosmin19@yahoo.com Thank you very much! Love the Blast!! |

The other hose doesn't actually need a plug and if the pcv hose has been re routed, a plug will actually cause problems. The plug is probably missing on purpose. Sorry I can't help with the parts and fwiw, a chrome headlight bezel in good condition is very hard to find. |

Thanks! So, if it were missing on purpose, what issues could there be? |

No issues. The pcv hose is routed into the carb, so the gases are vented in to and burned in, the engine. A very common mod is to re route the hose so it just vents to air, producing a cleaner burn, cleaner engine and reduced oil consumption. The hose with the plug is just a moisture collector and drain. If they've done the reroute (which is likely), it's fine as is. Would be fine if they hadn't done the reroute too! Just don't plug up that hose, it must vent somewhere!! |
