I ride in textile and leather, depending on the weather and I love my Vanson/Buell jacket. Comfy, and full of armor. For colder weather and commuting it is all about the Harley FXRG. --Sean |

i am looking for a new leather jacket for this summer. my problem is by the time i find a jacket that fits my shoulders, the waist ends up being huge. then of course the waist ends up being way to damn short also. its like they cut the coats off at the middle of my chest lol. |

Buell Vanson top and bottoms. Nice thick leather. Holds up well when you write off your wife's XB12Scg. Doesn't quite protect you from the wife so well though. |

"I like my Buell jacket, it was pretty expensive though." You won't be thinking about the expense while you're sliding on the asphalt... I know this for a fact, btw. My profile pic shows my Vanson... a coat of black shoe polish after a get off and it's like new again. |

I have a Fox creek V.1.8, which has been replaced in their line-up by the "black rock". It is cut to fit properly while on the bike, with a nice snug fit. The quality of the leather is excellent, and it is made in the USA(by Americans). Customer service is very good, and they will help make sure you get a jacket that fits properly. For hot weather gloves check out the Spidi race vent gloves. They have excellent air flow, while still giving you the protection of a gauntlet. The only complaint I have with mine is that the dye tends to bleed when the gloves get wet. Spidi gloves run a bit small, so order a size larger than you normally wear. |

Joe Rocket 990 for sport riding. Joe Rocket Perforated for summer sport riding Schott Perfecto for casual. Ralph Lauren for dress Rolling Stones for fun. Andrew Marc for winter casual. Damn, I gotta stop buying leather jackets!! Not the worst habit I have.
