WOW to much to read on here , i am in the middle of watching video now, so far what i can say is (least of your problems) is the two wires are for the horn. OK watching a little bit more, that open port underneath the throttle body SHOULD be plugged.

the line you found underneath the tank is the tank breather line from the filler cap.

1) Bike runs now, thanks AKBUELL, I did jump the switch and I had to idle the bike for about 35 mins to warm the oil up enough to burn the sludge off the clutch, but that was stuck too. I will get a new switch soon.

2)MMMI_GRAD: I have the bike now, I wish we spoke a few days ago, things would be different. I am trying really hard to learn this bike inside and out, but most of my mechanical skill is in old cars and trucks, but I can still do the basics I suppose. I will be looking into a lawyer, since the owner has never replied to my email to settle out of court so too bad I suppose. I have already printed out complaints against these guys that have been posted onling and I did make the call to Wisconsin and they started working on the bike again. They need to know that this is far from over and taking advantage of me and ripping me off finacinally and while posing safety issues is going to come with sever consequences. The only bad thing is that is stopping me from spearing this issue head on is that I am a fulltime student in finals now and a pilot, and I have a pretty full school and flight schedule to attend to. Well anywho, anybody know of a good lawyer who maybe specializes in these cases. Though i'd ask before I embark on a good lawyer hunt. Thanks.

You are very welcome; glad to have helped make some progress.

Just so we are all on the same page: Which switch are you planning on replacing?

All you have to do is find a lawyer and initiate the process ASAP. ( Lawyer informs shop, send a letter ).

If you can get the bike to another dealer or mechanic. Film another indepth video and get another shop to sign off on the inspection stating the bad things they did. Do that before the end of the year and you will get justice. You need to document everything for the judge so they have proof what they did and how you handeled it.

Sorry for the long wait on the progress with Harley. I'll give you the brief synopsis version. The GM had emailed me back after reading the letter, he was pretty disatisfied with what he had seen in the video and heard in my letter, in which he had agreed to refund me (X) number of dollars and fix the rest of the bike for free and at his shop where he can personally oversee the work being done. It looks as if ill have the bike come Jan 2nd. Overall im relatively satisfied with our arrangement but still a bit disapointed on how it ever came down to this. Oh well life goes on I suppose. Overall its a lesson learned for me, I think for now im just going to do the work myself. Just wanted to say thanks to you all for the help and advice, it really gave me some foundation when talking to them at Harley. Happy Holidays gents!

Thats great to hear!A fine Merry Christmas.
Sounds like the GM knows a few things about "customer service".
With a manual and this site you will be able to and have a great time working on your bike.
