I have a 2008 1125 with an evident clutch leak it's not terminal but it's there and an annoyance, always at the back of your thoughts whilst riding the bike. The dealer I bought the bike from have said they will change the master cylinder as a fix for same. A number of you had this fix and still have leak problems or has it worked for you?. A member of UKBEG recons rotax have a fix, but I can not contact him, perhaps if he's looking on here.
I know this has been covered in previous but please bear with me.

Yep, Rotax sent the new parts to Buell UK who then passed them onto my dealer, after they had been exhaustively tested. I've not had a chance to get many miles on it yet (because I've been riding my beautiful X1) but Rotax seem to think it will cure all.
Prior to this I'd had the Rev B cover retro fitted to my '08 beastie but this only stayed dry for a few hundred miles. I didn't get a chance to see the parts before they were fitted so I'd love to know how they were different if anyone gets to know.

Did I mention what a good bike the 1125 is?

Wow, location truly is everything. You guys are getting the fix before the US does. I just had mine in to have the sleeves and O-rings replaced again. The "fix" has still not been released to Buell US customers yet, at least as far as I know.

The 'fix' hasn't been released in the UK yet either. I guess I was singled out because I'm good at breaking things

Don't worry, it'll be on its way soon

Thanks for the info and for being the guinea pig, Crowley.
The RevB puck holds the dribble, but has to be drained like a catch can.

Looking forward to "The Fix".

I wondered why I'd been sent a pack of Sunflower seeds

Hey Sportster - where on earth do you keep your bike?!?!?! Is that salt or corrosion?

The muffler and other bits look like crap. Sorry man, but that is sad.

That's what happens to a bike that gets ridden in Bad Weather. : )

Yep, that's what a British winter does - luckily the exhaust was replaced under warranty after being cam coated and the rest was sorted with a little elbow grease. It's a shame really as I heard that Buell tried really hard to cure the problem with their exhausts rotting out - that picture was taken after 10 months ...

UPDATE

Buell just put out a new part designed to fix the clutch weep. According to Buell the kit is designed to be used with the RevB cover. My guy couldn't tell me if both the cover and the hydraulic piston/Sleeve parts would be under warranty for those with clutch weep. Mainly because there is not a service bulletin or Tech Tip out on this yet. That being said here is the new part number for the Hydraulic Piston/Sleeve Kit. X2086.1AM It runs $270.95 Retail in case anyone was wondering. I'll keep an eye out for any warranty or tech tip docs that may indicate how Buell will be handling this.

Nice to see that this is all clearing up nicely. Again, way to go Buell and Rotax for getting us squared away.

Sweet. If they are only to be used for RevB, then I guess we are all getting an upgrade?

Like I said, I'll keep checking into it. I can't say one way or the other as to if the RevB will be warranty upgrade or not.

OMG it freaking SQUIRTS fluid now! Rev B cover was put on about 3 months ago, started losing lever feel 2 days ago. Checked it for fluid, was low, so added some. Went to ride again today and my boy saw it squirting brake fluid when i squeezed the clutch lever.
