I put in an order with Odie well before October and had the stock exhaust sent direct to him. I've tried emailing and texting him about every two weeks for an update, but haven't heard a word since I finally got his mailing address. Any word of him? Or did I just donate an exhaust and need to start the paypal dispute process? 2-3 weeks this is NOT. |

"There once was a man who said 'Though, It seems that I know that I know, but what I'd like to see is the I that knows me, when I know that I know that I KNOW.'" Sounds about right Dude. |

what sounds right, the quote or my fears? Turns out I waited too long, paypal disputes are only 45 days max, today is 56. ;( so out the $275 and the ebay OEM exhaust for another $100. Karma is a wheel, and it burns. |

Don't you love it when people don't communicate? How hard is it to send off an email saying "Hey, I havn't forgotten about you"? I hope you get it sorted. |

yeah, as a Vet I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt, but damn my CO sure wouldn't have tolerated this kind of comms neglect. I hope you're right Froggy, maybe Santa is riding a Blackhawk this year?!? |

I gotta jump in here and say Odie is a stand up guy, I can't see him scamming anyone. I spoke to him prior to sending my can last winter. There was a delay, but the guy has a full time day job, teen or college kids, wife, and all the daily stuff that comes up. Could be a simple explanation with a PC or internet provider, or life, etc. I hope you get it resolved sooner than later, but my experience was top notch. Good luck. |

Odie is a stand up guy! He's is sometimes a little slow in returning calls and e-mails but he will come through with the goods. It's hard to see it right now after waiting for so long. Your new pipe will be worth it. |

I think he states all this on his website. About him having a lot on his plate, but wants to do his part for fellow Buellers also. |

I hope that is not your only exhaust, and your bike is sitting there waiting. If that is the case, I feel your pain. I ride my bike on a daily basis and would be more than curious about the status. |

I almost did that route when I was going to be gone on a business trip for almost two weeks in September and thank Buddha I didn't, otherwise the best riding season here would have been sacrificed. Hence I bought a stocker on ebay and shipped it to him and figured I'd resell my stocker after getting the new one. Just a checkin when the usual time period has passed would be enough, life does happen. Nobody's day is so packed that they can't spare 30 secs. That's a choice. |

If you're out in the field with no way to reply, it's not much of a choice. I know he does the helicopter thing, but have no idea how long he'd normally be away. Days, weeks, months? I haven't seen him online in a while though. Looks like his cell # has been changed also. Tried that and got some pissed off lady, so I guess she's got his old number. |

Sounds like your screwed. I went the drummer route 4 years ago. Just had him redo it with his new packing. Kevin is awesome. Great communication via phone or email and quick turn around. |

Odie is an honest guy, just busy as hell. You will get your stuff, good call on picking up a stocker and sending it in and not the one off your bike |

I'm glad to report that I got a text from Odie the other day and that he was finishing up my exhaust. No further details, but I'm just glad to hear he's alright and not cannon fodder in one of our many overseas military occupations. So I'm looking forward to Santa's sleigh sounding like a open exhaust Buell! |

Special Ops is the way to go on a tight budget, KEDA if you want a totally new can, and Micron if have money falling out of your pockets. Drummer fits somewhere in the middle. |

Special ops is fine, and Odie is a good guy. Just know the deal you are making, and make it or not. I had one, it was everything promised, I enjoyed it, and enjoyed selling it as too loud. The buyer was thrilled with it, and got a good deal. It did sound beautiful... if you were one of the ones that wanted to hear it. |

I've had a Drummer before on my CityX and they're a fine exhaust, never had issues with it and has a fat sound. I wanted a Spec Ops for the dual exhaust and keeping the servo valve intact. Still the loudest exhaust I'd ever heard or owned was a race setup on a Blast that was hollowed out - no harmonic cancellation and could be heard for miles away. Blew my old straight pipes on the old Harley hands down. |
