Author Message   Bikerrides Posted on Sunday, March 16, 2014 - 12:34 pm:        Not done yet; it won't be that long off the back! Thanks to my brother, who is a very skilled blacksmith/metal worker. Unfortunately, he lives 2 hours away and we can only work on this on an occasional weekend. It will also sit mostly over the passenger seat. Rails are 1/2" square tubing, so the rack itself isn't very heavy. Planning to add an adjustable driver's back rest then a nice powder coat to finish it off, rather than rattle can black. Would look totally awesome chromed, but too expensive!
