If you ride more than 45 miles one way, then you know, that you start getting sore with the stock seat. I recently invested in the Buell Custom Seat and it is worth the money. Granted on long rides you will still get saddle sore as with any seat, but it makes my 61 mile commute a lot more comfortable.

550+ miles at a clip is no problem on that seat. Vast improvement over the stock.
