Full clutch out, no throttle, bike nice and warm, on a straight flat run?

Slow enough for my passenger to get the hot dog off the string.

Not bored! Ok just a little but we always talk about how fast we can go. I just wonder about the other end of the spectrum. By the way, I had mine up to 149 on Sunday going up hill but I tell people 150!

6th gear, about 35 mph or around 2100 rpm and it will still pull out of it. It's not perfect at that speed/rpm, but it won't throw me off the bike either. After about 2400 rpm, it's pulling smoothly though.

Slow speed stuff is really challenging. I have a couple of buddies that do the cone courses and precision group riding drill competitions. It's amazing what they can make a motorcycle do at 3-6 MPH.

One guy can throw it into a full lock, swing side saddle, and ride circles indefinitely.

The 1125r is absolutely piss poor at these challenges. It's geared too tall and doesn't have sufficient lock-to-lock to be competitive in this kind of riding.

10MPH puts me at idle speed. I can do that going up a steep hill. If I lug it a little I can get 8-9 but the engine does not sound happy about it.

drag the rear brake, slip the clutch, engage the yoga breathing, focus far FAR ahead of the bike, relax the hands completely, butt centered perfectly on the seat, dead flat surface with no crown... . I think like 3mph but it tips everytime I look down at the speedo

I sit on my bike with the rear stands if that counts?
On a highway with barriers on both sides I've had her flicker 179 180mph flat land Ohio. For some odd reason the r1 I was racing ate my dust at 150.He jumped on me at 100 to 130 then i creeped by him.I couldnt believe my eyes. The guy with the r1 was so upset and said what the heck is wrong with my bike.I too believe something wasnt right with his r1.Either way he ate my dust.

I tried this on my way home. I can do 15 km/h. I am in Canada... It is much happier at 30. That is with stock ECM, the ebr ECM is on the way. I will report back when I swap it.

I can roll up to an intersection and stop without outing my feet down for about 10 seconds. There are few curvy roads where I'm at so I think the HUGE flat spot on my rear tire makes it a little easier. I'll have a new shoe on there in a month or so. I'll see how easy it is then.

You guys should look up the Police rodeos.

They are very talented! On the same note, they don't have to pay for any broken or worn (can we say clutch!) parts.

I went to my cities last year but I don't think I took any pics.

All the guys I know (from my city) are on Harleys, but some cities have Honda's and BMW's.

All the guys from my city did pretty good and they didnt break anything bad enough were I had to fix it come Monday morning so that was good :-)

Gunut 75: 10 seconds at full stop with feet up? That is very impressive. I too work hard at never having to take my feet of the pegs at stoplights but can't get anywhere near 10 sec. I am still trying to perfect the art of coming to a complete stop without touching the bars.
