The spark plug shot out of the head on my blast I have rr-threaded it before. The stock spark plug can just be dropped right into it the one that was on there is a iridium Denso 27. I wanted to ask you all should I go a bigger spark plug size (13mm-
14mm) and which plug to get.

You usually cant go bigger unless you re tap the threads. They have sold "oversize" spark plugs, but the application is limited. Spark plug manufacturers have also cross referenced to larger thread size plugs for situations such as your where the plug hole has been re tapped larger.
Usually the best is to repair it with a heli-coil and you never have to worry about stripping the head again (in theory).
Some will repair it with the head on the engine, but its risky.
The choice is yours, but I dont have an easy answer (but there might be one-but its not coming to me).

FWIW: Take the head off & heli-coil it.
It may be a bit more time consuming & expensive but it's worth it for the "peace of mind" doing it right the first time gives you.
YMMV.

FWIW: this is what happens when you remove a hot spark plug from an aluminum head. It strips the threads out. This is why its very important to use anti-sieze on the threads and also to avoid the practice when possible. This apparently is not mentioned here on Badweb enough : (
