That thing looks great. Super clean. How many miles are on it? I picked mine up from North Carolina. |

It's a Force header. Looks nice but is crazy loud even with a baffle. And I have heard the craftsmanship was less then stellar. |

I do believe I saw that one on craigslist. That bike, in that color combo, is on my bucket list. |

I saw this one when you posted it on the facebook group. I thought the exhaust looked really nice. No idea regarding the build quality, but I assume it has to be as good if not better than the V&H exhausts you always see on these bikes! Plus that header looks great. The matching heat shield is super nice too. The big black one on my bike is an eyesore. I'd love to remove it like some people do, but I know my knee can get pretty close to it and I don't need that mark on my knee. You'll love the bike. I see your profile says you have/had a 2003 xb9s. That's the first Buell I had. I had always wanted an S1, but figured for reliability I'd be better off to buy the xb9s. It was a great bike, and it was dead reliable and the easiest bike to maintain I've ever owned, but it just wasn't the S1 I always had my heart set on. I eventually sold it, went through a supermoto, R1, speed triple, and finally got the S1 and realized I should've just bought this bike from the start. I do wish I still had the XB to go with it though. |

That color combo was another $400.00 and only was in 1998 if my memory is correct? I also have one and my brother has an S1w in the same colors. Nice clean machine you have. Congrats! |

There is a hilarious story as to how we came up with THAT orange. I'm trying to recall if it's in the book. Short version . . . . after what we put Harley-Davidson through with HIGH VOLTAGE YELLOW in 1996 . . . the Molten Orange HAD to be right. It was. Thanks to Mike Samarzja . . . who you now know from the new Cleveland Cycle Works. |

Thanks Court, always love to hear new stories about the S1. I missed those days and hear about them from my brother, I have had a guy ask me how much it cost me to have the bike painted those colors. He could not believe it came from the factory like that. Really cool bikes the S1's are I tell ya. People just stare at them, lol lol. |

Thanks everyone, I have been blessed as of late. @Upthemaiden Yes I still have my XB9 Ross Daigle is building a 90" (1475cc) for it should be done and dynoed by the end of the month. Will post a pic later they are on my phone. @Brother in Buell I have two S1 and one S1W. But Roy (Dutch X1) might be taking one off my hands. |

I just noticed you have the reverse clubman bars. I've been running them for awhile now on my M2 and I really like it that way. Gorgeous bike you have. |

Thank you for taking care of my motorcycle. This isn't the first time it has followed someone home...it's just very friendly, I guess, and is very trusting of strangers. I hope it hasn't been too much trouble. It hasn't leaked on the garage floor in quite some time, but you never know, unfamiliar environment, anxiety, etc. You'd be doing me a huge favor if you would drop it off at one of the forwardair terminals near the airport, where I've arranged for shipping. Thanks so much. Jeff |

...Mike Samarzja . . . who you now know from the new Cleveland Cycle Works. Mike Samarzja & Cleveland Cycle Works? When did that happen? The 47 Moto website doesn't give any indication that I can see: http://47moto.com/ Boy, I guess I DID miss a lot being in NYC three days earlier this week... |
