Sorry if this is a repeat. What size bulbs go into the rear turn signals. All I can find are the HD/Buell part numbers. Thanks!

I'll look again tonight. Could have sworn the rear turn signals were halogens. Manual shows 10 watt with a part number of Y0042.K. I want to put red LEDs or a red halogen in and with the Kisan tailBlazer turn the tail light and turn signals into brake/running lights.

they most deff are an LED board in there. If you want to go red there are tons of better aftermarket bulbs out there

Yeah, they did a swap, bulb tail light to LED, and LED turn signals for bulb. Go figure.

Just get OEM '09 LED signals. They got the bugs worked out after the '08s; replacements and '09s work just fine.

Have you checked the blinker fluid? The Buell techs didn't fill mine and luckily I noticed before it burned out the bulb.

They filled it with Genuine Harley Davidson Synthetic Blinker FluidŽ. I don't want premature wear on my blinkers.

According the shop manual, you have to rotate the engine to get to the blinker fluid reservoir.

I would think you'd need a ballast resistor to use the LEDs on a 2010 model.
AFAIK the only difference in a 2009 and a 2010 IC is the flasher drivers.
