Bubba, You know how I feel about you..... I sure hope they have a damned dyno at Bloomington HD. Who else can I trust to test the stuff I make up for free and be fair, balanced and unafraid?

Well that just blows! I understand though, been there, done that. Brian, I also understand what it's like to be a yankee in in the wilds of "Nut Carolina". The wife and I talk at least once a year about just ditching it all here and going back to Ohio, but unfortunately were a bit more entrenched than you, so I'm envious. Good luck in your future endeavors and thanks for all your Hoosier kindness and help.

Doh!

Best wishes, Bubba! You're a credit to our community, even if 99% of the dealers and their employees aren't.

Thanks again everyone.

Jersey yes they have a dyno!!!!

I was just out toolin around all day yesterday havin some fun and all that.

funny thing happened when I went to pick up my check. Mama tilley wasn't there but someone in the office said...hey she wants to talk to you, I said about what, they said she wants to know if you'll sale parts for them on the interenet!
I said well Maybe I'll talk to her....
did she not listen to me when I said why I quit....oh well, we'll see how much she's willing to give me.
then one of the motorclothes girls pulls me aside and says....that they ask her to come on full time and take my spot.....she says to me...hell I don't know anything about buells let alone motorcycles, I don't even know how to ride.....yes she is friend of the family. She said no to them....good lord what are they thinkin, that it is that easy to sell a buell.

and by the way, I turned it on in the last 2 weeks and sold 3 buells, a used blast, a used xb9s, and one new xb12s, so that makes my grand total for the year...a whopping 4 buells....just to set the record straight that it wasn't one.

thanks to bigdaddy for being my very last customer, it made it that much more enjoyable.

well out to the barn to work on the triuph a lil bit....man just like a buell...it sprung a leak, coolant, ok not just like a buell. see we don't have to worry about coolant!!!!
Damn Brits making inferior products

anyways thanks to all of you

Guess that means us Hoosiers are gonna have you home again, Bubba? Gotta let us know when you get back to the corn, so we's can greet you with open arms. Hell, that'll give me the chance to roll down to B-town and meet the man himself. You are an inspiration, Bubba. It's a beautiful thing. All that passion for a peice of great machinery.

All that said, see ya in the corn fields.

Brian,
Take it to the source. Contact Erik Buell and get a meeting with Him. You would be perfect for their
Design department. Someone with your know how, passion and real world information would be a great asset. You have had your finger on the Buell Jugular
for so long, you are a walking talking information source.
maybe this is all a sign pointing to better times.

thank you for all your help, when ever I needed it.
Good Luck to You My friend.

Brian, There's no joy in being your last customer. I've already went back to Gastonia and Carolina HD for my motorcycling needs (and scored Little Greg a sling bag of his very own.)

It's a sad Buelling weekend in the area.

Hey Brian, I can't do Atlanta Wednesday and that's a shame. I'd surely like to meet, and greet, with Ted.

I may have found a job in Charlotte and that would be just awesome. Especially if I don't have to go to the airport to get to work......

Yo Brian. That's a damned shame they are loosing you. Thanks for keeping me in the loop and hooking me up. I can go to almost any "H-D ...oh and yeah that Buell thing" dealership and be ignored. Because of you...Tilley's was one of the special ones. Hell...there is a waaaaaay good Ducati, BMW, Triumph dealership there in Charlotte . They treat ya right and throw bikes at you to ride.

Keep that Tiger upright! Drop me a line brother so I can call your sorry butt one day. : )
