Got to see my old bosses at the Shed last nite, everyone rocking to a Blackberry Smoke concert- good jams!! I asked my former boss/sales manager/good buddy to call me from the dealer show for old times sake and let me know what's new. Perhaps the Blast production lines (having had to do double duty with the Loki platforms) got some tweaks, resulting in a long-overdue Blast update. Given the state of the economy in the last year, I don't expect more than 2 new models, with some tech tweaks throughout the model ranges. Sure would love to see a dirtbike.... | ||

I expect nothing serious this year. 1125R year before and the CR last year. This year will probably be changes to make past models better. It's just the pattern over the years. Maybe a color or some desirable small changes. Thats my prediction. (Message edited by bads1 on July 24, 2009) | ||

Predictions... Brand new in house(HD)developed engine. The engineers at HD (as far as I know) are not busy developing another big twin, so they had time to create a new engine for a motard Buell/Blast replacement, and an HD flat tracker. Buell canceled the dirt bike to work on the motard. A dirt bike will be produced eventually using the same engine cases. oh yeah, and Bold New Graphics  | ||
