Well I can't share all my secrets, but I have done some work for a few others from this website and sold a few things on ebay. Since I am not a sponser, nor am I Buell specific, I don't advertise here. I leave that to the sponsers.

koz5150 ,, very sweet work,, not asking for secrets but do you use and actual sand blast unit or are you using a " air brush" sand blast unit? you dont have to tell if you dont want to. just curious how well they work.

I use an aluminum oxide mix with a very small gun. Expensive little setup, but works nice.

ok update on the s2 swing arm. i usually leave my shock set a little hard for my weight. running hard this way i love it . the swingarm worked flawlessly. hammered down some serious corners at about 80 and loved every second of it. the second test was to see how she would bottom out. with a lighter passenger and not adjusting the shock it still worked great. couldnt really hit the corners due to passenger but only bottomed out once and very minor. next day grabbed another passenger. probably weighing in at 175. this one squats the suspension pretty good and dosent mind if i hammer on it or throw the bike around. now when i hit the twisties she bottom. on my s2 this produces a morris code like vibration mainly threw the grips. can be sensed else where but that is the most noticeable place. the bike itself remains perfectly stable and rips threw the corners smooth as silk. ok so nothing in western ny is smooth as silk after winter but you guys get the point. remember, this is with a s2 and should not be experienced by other newer buell models. also i did not adjust my shock for the second passengers. i wanted to know how the bike would react bottoming out on a corner. with the shock adjusted properly we would have never reached bottom of travel. just trying to keep all you guys wanting to attempt this fully informed. hope this helps.. aaron

another little swing arm mod update. watch for rear brake line placement on the s2, while cleaning the bike i moved the line and upon riding made the rear brake line move into the tire, after some distance blowing out the rear brake line all over the tire at 80mph going into a hard left. after quickly releasing the front brake to correct and powersliding the corner, start breathing again and checked my shorts.
i now have replaced the line with a stainless one, i wrapped it with a "wire wrap" to help protect it. and routed it to a better path. hope this helps. aaron
ok in this image you can see the place where the frame rail contacts the moded swing arm, and the new stainless brake line routed next to the resivour line.

in this image you can clearly see the way i moded the swing arm and why, the contact is still very evident and the lower routing of the new stain less brake line, also the protective wrap i put on,

this ones just to help show how she goes on a s2, also in brake line routing watch the oil tank, not sure but looks like it could easily pinch on a improperly routed brake line,

and just another to show the al swing arm on the s2t,, man i love it..
