Iran has no air force or navy to speak of. They would have to cross Iraq, their old enemy, to get to Israel. Unlikely. An amphibious landing is out of the question. Israel would sink the ship en route. No, iran has screwed up big time. I expect to see Israel destroy some or all of the iranian nuclear sites within a month.
