Criminals, street level, have to have fair risk assessment skills or they get caught. So says all the "avoid crime" textbooks, that teach you how to become a less attractive target. If you're a mugger, do you target the middle age guy with the kinda bulky fishing vest with NRA patches wearing the MAGA hat? Or the blue haired "lady" in torn fishnets wearing a more grievance than you shirt? Trick question. The first will shoot you and the second doesn't carry cash. But it's a different story if you're a burglar. Especially a modern break in artist who's not opposed to a violent confrontation and "party" if it looks easy. I'm not talking ethics or morality, these are violent thugs who will enjoy a little Clockwork Orange ultra violence and know a fence that's not very particular about receipts. So... Decisions, that house with the flagpole & American & POWMIA flag, the toys and scooters in the yard? Or down the street, one with the Hamas flag hanging from a window and a new Prius in the driveway that smells like the dispensary in the old IHOP. ( yep, right down the road ) As a hypothetical reasonably smart psychopath, ( albeit not the Huey Lewis fan executive type from the movie ) the choice is easy. #1 has pain in the butt children, hubby probably has a shotgun under the bed, and it's doubtful there's a big stash of cash or easily fenced Nikes there. Not worth the risk. #2 otoh, is likely to have plenty of electronic stuff, thousand dollar phones, be fundamentally stupid, ( albeit with Ivy League diploma in Hittite Lesbian Grievance Studies ) and if armed, be untrained and left really easy to fence guns out of any safe or locked closet. Easy peasy! The above is just common sense, dozens of "how to defend yourself and your family" articles & books, and simple extrapolation of obvious cues. Bad Guys always "punch down", go for the easy mark. But it's the 21st century. Doxxing, swatting, online presence, you don't need to drive suburban streets to pick victims. And taking an example from the Domestic Terrorist link above, I reason that it makes sense to rob folk with lots of cash and there's a limited number of potential victims with lots of cash in their homes. That suburban single mom? Unlikely to have more than a few hundred in cash. Less if teen daughters. But Manolo de Los who is sponsored by the CCP to organize riots, probably Does have bags of cash in the closet next to his cosplay costumes and last gen Xbox. And he can't tell police you stole the $75,000 bag of cash the Chinese Secret Police gave him. And corrupt legislators/Congresscritters! Cash at hand, no proof it exists, and plenty of luxury goods. Note I'm not making suggestions. Just speculating about risk reward ratios in criminal target selection in a Soros DA world. Actually, Soros sponsored DAs are likely to have large cash stashes. But risks are high since the police will actually race to get involved. | ||

It's one of those ironies, all too common in history, that removing the rivals for power just consolidates the iron grip on power of the other side. 1930s Germany and 70s Iran are great examples. Thus, hypothetically if you wiped out a large mob of pro-Hamas "protesters" with the area weapon of your fantasies, ( say, cluster or fuel air bombs ) you'd just be eliminating near future rivals of Establishment Democrats. After all, the late middle age crew in Congress are Vietnam "Peaceniks" and KGB sponsored agitators. While "The Crew" are the young Turks trying to take over, and are Iranian Wars "Peaceniks" and KGB sponsored agitators. Sure, the Russian Spy & Disruption Agencies had a different title back when they infiltrated the State department and Executive branch in FDRs day, KGB in LBJs day, and a different name today. I'm not certain of the Man in a dress part, but it's possible since CNN would use the preferred pronouns of a mass murderer cheerfully. It mentions "ex-husband", but, again, CNN, and honest reporting is alien to them today, I doubt they know how. Terrorist sympathizer, yes. & wannabe martyr? I wouldn't expect much analysis & coverage. It's unlikely in this case, but a "right wing" loon might fake a social media past and commit attacks pretending to be typical lefty mentally ill terrorist. Their reasoning would be that the Insurrection Myth was run by fake Trump supporters, and what's good for the goose... Just because it's really bad odds doesn't make it impossible. It's not a case of not testifying because it might get you convicted, that's a Constitutional Right. It's witness tampering, blackmail, criminal evil, and hard to prove "he said she said" even though it's obviously true she's a crooked cop ( same oath, law enforcement ) and may be vengeful and even more immoral. A lot of murders are by criminals who got in over their heads, panic, and in desperation kill, when you'd think that they were incapable, they're just a nice accountant. Fani doesn't deserve that doubt, because she's a Law Enforcement officer and MUST be held to a higher standard. ( & we know from movies now dangerous crooked cops are ) I really doubt Fani would murder her ex's lawyer... Though now that I think about it, that's a pretty common impulse. Threaten his livelihood? Oh, sure, she's an aggressive political criminal, I totally buy that. And that would be my opinion if she was headhunting for glory and political favors on a Democrat ex-Prez. Gotta have brass ovaries or ego to go after a Clinton or Obama. More, imho. Lot's more. ( how many Trump business buddies suicided? ) The criminal part is "under investigation" and therefore alleged & pure opinion, I could be wrong, I may be misled, still my fault for being credulous. Bottom line, even if justice is served on the criminal DA, and they throw the book at her, I don't see how that changes the legal case against Trump. If the replacement wants to go for it, the criminality of Fani has no bearing on Trump's case. Besides the accusations Donald's lawyers and pundits will spew. And the replacement will say that to the judge and jury, plus that he's examined the case and there's a crime and Trump is guilty, so he's morally and legally bound to pursue it despite the alleged wrong doing of his predecessor. that'll sell. The above is despite my opinion on the ( Trump) case itself. You wanna say evil banana republic lawfare and quite coup-like, I don't argue. But I don't get the pundit's "gotcha" schtick here. It's a Pollyanna unrealistic emotional thing. Which might explain how we have a Presidential race between two old men accused of crimes who's loyal followers seem to be in denial.
