We will be having liver and onions this weekend, for a houseguest who LOVES M's take on it. Myself too. Yeah, and I dig chicken livers too. This will be my 2nd time having beef liver and onions, BTW. Evar.
Pig's feet a la Dominicana is quite good too. Aint gonna try tripe, though... maybe haggis. Chicken gizzards, nope... cow's tongue is frickin' GOOD though, if properly prepared.

I met an older gentleman at a Rider Magazine Rally many years ago. He was riding a crotch rocket which surprised me. When he got off the bike he was still all hunched over. Then it made sense! Nice guy. |
