They've also changed the narrative by claiming what ivermectin is used for. Now, its the "horse drug". In reality, its a malaria treatment. For humans. Among many other uses. For humans. Beat me to that one. As I've said before, I don't know that Gog King Xi gives Just Joe* orders, only that he's paid well to buy him. But the Gain Of Function stuff predates the current Occupation. First a definition. Gain of Function means that a virus or bacteria ( or parasite or... ) that is a disease(1) in one animal "gains" the "function" of infecting a new species. Adapting a deadly bug ( virus, bacteria, whatever ) to humans from a different animal is very important knowledge to learn. After all, the annual flu is often a pig or chicken disease that moves over to humans. usually but not always in China where they still use pre-medieval farming practices and thus have pig & chicken shit drying up and turning to powder to be inhaled by the people that live in the house attached to the pens. Or sometimes it's a lung ( respiratory ) bug that moves over, but often it's a disease that goes not only from animal to human but also from intestinal to respiratory. It's important to know how that works. OTOH, it's also a biological warfare technology from way back when they threw dead horses, pigs ( the rotten ones you can't eat ) and human corpses over a fortress or city wall with catapults. Mentioned in the Bible. And as you might have noticed, a brand new disease means there's no natural acquired immunity, to it, making it ideal for a biological weapon. See Covid-19. aka The Death Breath of Pooh. So "gain of function" research is a double edged sword, dangerous in many ways. So risky, that a group of doctors lobbied Congress to make it illegal in the United States. But some still wanted that research, and outsourcing it to a enemy country that considers US law a joke, and has less than zero regard for human lives, was a slick loophole in the law. ( I haven't read it but I suspect Congress failed to include a ban on giving funding for it to the most murderous regime in the history of mankind, because who would be so Evil? ) So Dr. Fauci, and others, outsources the research to the most murderous regime in history, legal or not, screw you, they are Elite, and what do you know? And still are. Funding from your taxes continues until the contract runs out in 2025. The Senate passed a bill to stop giving a Communist China Military biological weapons lab funding, but the House hasn't voted on it and Joe* sure hasn't supported it or plans to sign it. And yeah, we borrowed the money from China to pay for spending more than we pay in taxes, and there's no separate account for that, so... you got the gist. I can give references, if you like. (1) Or instead of a sickness, there may be a gut bacteria in, say, Zebras that lets them extract a vitamin from grass that cows and humans can't. If we could engineer/breed a strain that lived in harmony with us, then a salad would be healthy instead of just fiber and dressing carrier. Again, not all research is for Evil. | ||

I've asked myself a similar question in the Science thread, namely why conduct research in China and Africa (where scientists are torturing dogs by putting parasites in their eyes)? Why not conduct research close to home, so that when things go wrong you can intervene much faster and hold people involved liable? Perhaps this is the answer to the question. Research is being outsourced because they can use the excuse "Wire haben es nicht gewusst!". Outsourcing makes it easier to blame someone halfway across the world for not following procedures.
