I know a paraplegic (both legs) calls himself "Wheels" that does track days on a 996 Ducati at Spring Mountain. NO landing gear malarky. He literally straps himself to the bike and a buddy sends him off and catches him at the end of the session. Last time his buddy had to leave early so he recruited some pit guys to watch out for him when he came off track he'd do a lap in the pits to let them know he's back them they'd catch him, put the bike on stands and help him on to his chair.
They sent him off for a session and left too! Didn't even tell him! He'd cruise by doing laps in the pits and yell out his helmet, but you can't hear shit past a rattly dry clutch, so we FINALLY figured it out and followed him to his stall and caught him.
Otherwise he'd still be there... doing circles.. LOL. Cool dude.
We have our own Mark White, lost his right leg, was a blast to have Geoff May and Mark on the track, I have a shirt I treasure I got from him after the race.
Brad, brother would love to throw a leg over and hit some Buell friendly roads with ya for sure! Got the snow problem among others at the moment,,, but this cracked me up!
