IF they are true. Ever since Washington in the late 80s early 90s I don’t automatically “believe children”. Especially not after the councilors get through with them. | ||

Jensen Beeler ( Asphalt & Rubber) is claiming the news source (The Daily Telegraph) is NOT the most reliable news outlet in Australia. Likewise, Dean Adams ( Superbike Planet) thinks something is "off" about this whole thing. I know NEITHER one of these people are well-liked here but I do think there is something fishy about all of this... | ||

IMO, today this is the BIGGEST problem. Theres maybe 1 journalist/reporter to 1000 authors? "NEWS" is written by reporters. They REPORT the FACTS, ONLY and FACTS have a SOURCE. News MUST contain the source of the information or its just an article of conjecture, opinion, guesses, whatever. Opinion is when someone writes about something with no source = 99.8% of the internet. When someone parrots something they read and quotes that as a source, remember It's NOT a "source", so the article is NOT "News". Someone else's opinion about something is not the SOURCE of anything except more opinion. Therefore someone else's article is NEVER a "source" of news to be reported. It is an opinion. | ||

I have an acquaintance that is presently serving a 20 yr term because one girl said something. There was no evidence to suggest what she said was true and so much evidence to say she was lying. Yet, there he is, life ruined. | ||

I know of at least two teachers whose careers were ruined when a couple of spiteful students got together and lied about them. They never even got a chance to go to trial, the school board just removed them from their positions and they'll probably never be able to teach again. ONE of them was at retirement age anyway but the other one should've had YEARS ahead of her. | ||

Sounds like the jury didn't agree with him Wasn't a jury. just a closed trial with a vengeful female prosecuting attorney, a stupid defense attorney and a judge that wanted to show he was hard on this sort of thing. Even the CPS said there was no evidence to support her claims. | ||
