I was thinking maybe a new date for it? I'm being selfish as my middle son is getting married May 31. That is the Road-America weekend. I may have to wring his neck. I'm already not likin' the girl. The recent trend has been to put in charge the first person to bring it up here. | ||

It would be nice to find a non race or personal needs weekend for Erik that would allow interaction and stories from the man. Maybe chip in and buy him and a few of his guests dinner. Just thinking out loud here. | ||

I'll be there! Just let me know what dates I have to put in for vacation. I doubt I'll have to cut my Homecoming fun short this year to go to Germany for work like last year, so I might finally be able to take in Two_seasons garage get together (if he has one again this year). Screamer has the best man cave I've ever seen  The Two Seasons garage will have breakfast again this year.. Maybe Gonzo has a GPS that we could do some mapping with (and Froggy say "hooray") to set some courses up in the northern Kettle Moraine. | ||

Maybe Dana can book Erik's band to the Boiler room again? Sorry Don,Im willing to bet Erik has Zero time for it and from homecoming 2010 that was easier said then done. But if you guys want a get together kick some tires... drink $1.50 bottles of domestic beers on Saturdays or even enjoy some great Craft beers on tap I got it going on in that department. | ||

OK, I withdraw the selfish desire for a date change. If like myself, the vacation requests need to be put in soon, I would suggest leaving the dates for HC2014 as the Road America "Motorcycle weekend: May 30-June 1, featuring AMA Superbikes". We could hold to this tradition till the factory does a sponsored EBR/Hero Home Coming. That would be 3.5 months to HC. Comments, suggestions, KMA, or thank you very much. Please, reply. If there are no objections against, we will start the countdown. | ||

Ourdee: Someone had to make a decision. U da man! While I enjoy the racing at RA and prefer the race week/weekend, I was ready to accommodate another date for HC. And since AMA has reduced the weekends to two-day weekends, I was thinking it would even be better and allow a full Friday at Two Seasons Garage + local attractions before scooting off to RA for Saturday. Naturally, THAT plan headed south since RA is one of the remaining 3-day AMA weekends! Barring any conflicts, I'll reserve that week, starting the Tuesday or Wednesday before. If the snow ever melts here I might be able scratch an itch eventually. Right now rotating bikes on the battery tenders is teasing them all! | ||

So if we are sticking with tradition, we will then be meeting at the plant on Thursday May 29th, right? I'm still hoping for a plant tour. I think that Thursday would be an excellent day for a tour! | ||
