It's beautiful but I don't like the exhaust. I wonder if there just wasn't enough room under the bike for the exhaust to be put there? | ||

Very nice looking, but at 19k it's not going to be on my short list. I appreciate the efforts of EBR and admire the bike, but it will only be appreciated from afar for me  | ||

It's beautiful but I don't like the exhaust. I wonder if there just wasn't enough room under the bike for the exhaust to be put there? pretty sure the "real" exhaust is still under there... that one on the side is just the add on, easily removable accessory epa exhaust... | ||

pretty sure the "real" exhaust is still under there... that one on the side is just the add on, easily removable accessory epa exhaust... I hope so. I'm just picturing it with a low exhaust, no passenger pegs and a fender eliminator and that thing would look sexy. | ||

I'm impressed with what they've accomplished, and I know you have to learn to walk before you run, but real world dealerships are a critical step. Right now, I have no idea where I can buy one, even if I had $19K I wanted to spend. | ||

Selling them is not the issue.... FINANCING them is. HDFI /aka EagleMark has NOT been kind in interest, down, or cap value to the last several I have submitted. They will NEED a FRIENDLY lending entity for this bike. and yes - it is dayum sexy. | ||

A question from my side, as I haven't had time to digest all the info yet. Has any mention been made of target production numbers? I have to ask...and hopefully someone here smarter has an answer. Why are they still selling the RS as-is? Or aren't they? RX: More power More torque More fuel efficiency (?) LED? headlight w/ fancy en vogue LED strips Traction control Nicer looking UI RS: Magnesium wheels Ohlins suspension 30 lbs lighter Now granted, 30 lbs is a LOT of weight to lose...but still, it seems like all the RX's upgrades need to be applied to the RS in order to justify it's 221% price premium. Even then, it's a tough sell in my eyes. Don't mention exclusivity... That said, the RX is dead sexy. I'd happily put one in my garage if I had the money. | ||

51 MPG is pretty remarkable from a bike that can perform like that. I would love to see that thinking applied to something a bit more real world. I have no need for something that can go 186 mph! One thing that I have really liked about my XB12 is the fuel economy. I can commute getting 55 mpg and still beat the typical commuter off the line by a long shot. |
