The Obama is gay bit has been around for a while. I didn't know the guy who wrote a tell all book about him doing Cocaine and sex with Obama, got sued, nor did I know the case had been "tossed". I did notice that WND was the only source for the story, so shelved it as rumor, probably false and political motivated. This story looks darn fishy to me..... So I'll stick to thinking it all rumor. The Honey Trap. Back in the bad old days of the Soviet Union, ( and China ) the KGB had a cute custom of training prostitutes to report liaisons with westerners so they could be blackmailed. Wouldn't surprise me a bit if they still do it. Gays and the bathhouses were a Prime target for blackmail since that activity very often was a married man far from home, and most vulnerable. Service men, Embassy staff, also prime targets back when being outed meant prosecution and an end to a career. One night at camp, ( yes, a "camp story" ) a buddy with a teen daughter was bemoaning that he'd never prepared for makeup advice while in the Marines... except to apply camo. A former Army ASA sgt. spoke up that all he knew about makeup was how to tell if a hooker was KGB trained. That got some looks, so he expanded on it. The class on id'ing KGB trained makeup was at Ft. Devons. Everyone thought it a joke, at the time. But. When stationed in Moscow, he made a habit of picking up the KGB trained hookers, and taking them to dinner at a decent restaurant. He claimed they were usually prettier, spoke better english, and after being assured he'd pay for their time, without expecting sex, sometimes loosened up enough to talk about the job the KGB expected them to do. ( after all, he already knew and told them so...so it wasn't a secret ) Each night he'd do this he'd return to the Embassy and write up a contact report, required at his security level. He believed the hookers told the KGB he was a super spy who was incorruptible, and that got him followed a lot, while his bosses didn't care as long as he stayed out of bed, did the proper paperwork, and did not conceal the contacts. He said the Station Chief thought it was hilarious that the KGB was chasing around a Staff Sgt. while he was off duty. Hiding your sex life, while "normal" offers the problem of blackmail, murder, massive corruption, and treason. IIRC, not long ago a US Congressman wrecked his career and did his home life no good getting caught playing footsie in an Airport. I am NOT accusing the President of treason for going to Pakistan illegally back in the 1980's. ( presumably with his Pakistani Lover ) I make no accusation that he was/is being blackmailed by anyone. Be interesting to know the truth, that's all. I don't expect that to happen for some time, if ever. We still don't know how Obama paid for school. Or his grades. Or his medical history. The WND story pops out as Barry is sandbagging Israel, okay. Rham was a ballet dancer, okay. Barry's people put the law professor claim into his bio, not he, so okay. The family of the murdered choir director complained publicly of not being able to get his death investigated. It goes on. I post the links, hoping someone will laugh that first black, gay(?), muslim(?) president out of office. Carter redux, following that failed template of wishful thinking. BUT, this time around there are so many people without an iota of situation grasp, the election could be a toss up. Malkin always states the case well. Romney is sounding awful presidential, compared to the chap who got elected because R's let that RINO McCain win the primary. If the common man/woman hadn't been brainwashed in the public schoo' system, denied the earmarks of liberty and a constitutional democracy, they may have the proper "American character" to help save their futures. Tundra drums in economic circles are talking about 18 mos. to two years before the piper shows up to be paid despite the Fed's smoke, mirrors and smoking printing presses. To the Silent Minority on Badweb: Why are you not participating on this thread? Your reasoned opinion is vital if we are ever going to come together as Americans. Your silence will not save you as the Big Government that you apparently support will eventually deem that motorcycling in "unproductive" and "wasteful" activity that harms the environment and unnecessarily increases ObamaPelosiCare costs. The camel's head is already in the tent as some "progressive" states have made any custom pipes illegal. Please post on these threads. Tom: What is there for a Democrat to say at this point? I, too, would enjoy a respectful debate with a well-spoken person from the left on this thread, but it ain't gonna happen; there's nothing left for them to say. The emperor has run out of clothes. His only hope right now is to somehow, some way, make it to - and through - the election. The mainstream media is doing everything in their power to assist, and despite the well-known animosity between the chosen one and the pres who was impeached, they've tag-teamed in an unholy alliance to help bolster the chosen one's quickly deteriorating regime. The wife of the pres who was impeached has been laying real low of late; she doesn't want the chosen one's stinkum on her when she runs for Pres in 2016, but the crisis in the Middle East has forced her to now stand side-by-side with her boss and feign her support. And the Oscar goes to __________ ... Either we've chased all the libs away (very likely), or they're worried we'll viciously gang-attack them like the mainstream media does to Romney (unlikely), or... ...they didn't have much ammo to begin with, and their clips are now totally, completely, hopelessly and helplessly empty. My prediction, and I hope I'm wrong, is that Obama will win a second term. There are too many uninformed/misinformed voters out there, and too many well informed voters whose livelihood depends on government handouts to hold out much hope for a conservative to get elected to that office. | ||
