Gosh Mike, this is excellent! I'm only about a half-hour in, but gotta get to bed so will prolly finish watching in increments in the coming days. Geez, this is top-notch stuff; major props to the student who produced this. I remember some of the players in the video from coming through Waterloo on the FBRAT Ride; in fact, I recall sitting next to Ralph at our group supper that night. Thanks for posting this up! Yes, a big thanks to Nate. I couldn't believe some of the shots he had of us (he's very sneaky). Seriously, I feel the movie really portrayed the highs and lows of the first half of our 2010 season. I was wondering if other riders and racers felt they could identify with this film. | ||

Thanks so much for posting this up Mike. Great film, I agree it's got that "On any Sunday" feel about it. Time well spent watching. The Road America bit had me a little choked as that was where I last saw Greg Holman in '08 on the same weekend. | ||

I just watched it again . . . I can't watch those guys and not get reinvigorated. Ralph and the team are pretty much the embodiment of what brought me to the Buell Community and what kept me. Ralph you are being modest, you are a star! I went up to watch him at Road America the first year he was racing. He had tried to talk me into it too and being a retired bicycle racer I still had the urge. After watching the medics airlift two riders away that day I decided that I'll just watch. My wife commented how calm and no bad language after the the two engine failures. I told her that's why I like riding with these guys. | ||

Nathan- great production, I had no idea where your final version would go with the racing. It really sums up the Buell community. Which is why I have always given all I can to the guys(and gals) that race the Buell's. I have met people from all over the world, with a common bond...Buell motorcycles. And as Court says, great things are yet to happen, and when the green flag waves at the Daytona 200 in March...... | ||

Thanks, Coolice. Without your help, we wouldn't have made it to the starting line in Team Challenge. We'll have to try that again. Thanks to everyone else for the great comments. Glad you are enjoying the film. I can't wait to see what Nathan puts out next. Blake - I'm afraid my crew-chief spends most of my money. Although, it's hard for me to pass up shiney race parts and tools. That's OK though, because she lets me go racing.  |
