Easy way for the factory to stock ECMs - just keep 'em blank, ship 'em blank, and the dealer / technician flashes them with the right calibration on arrival and installation. BX1US21GB231 looks like a calibration number. Not sure where or why I got those. The center electrical spade is for attaching to the servo on the XB12 stock muffler. I am still very happy with my new Italian sweetheart:-). Actually one Bad Webber already bought the stock 12 ECM. At $50 bucks he just wanted to keep it as a spare. My guess is that when the Race ECM was installed on the bike, the stock one went back in the box.
