They have never taken any listing down that I have complained about, never! The process for the legal copyright holder to file the forms with them to get them to pull the listing will probably take longer than the jerk was planning to be around under that name. Ebay is hit or miss.. I use to get my fake Raybans off there, but then they would take down obviously pirated software and Mach 3 cartridges (yikes!!) with the quickness. I'm no angel but EBR needs all the help they can get. I'll be on the lookout...commie bastads. | ||

The post was from Erik I'd say, he posted the same thing up as his status on facebook. Plenty of people, including us, have reported this to ebay now. Hopefully they should do something about it. (they did look pretty cool though) | ||

I like this one best, as I have seen many on the roads up north... 3. Any vehicle filled to capacity with a group of major douchebags. Usually a luxury SUV. Most often owned or purchased by the parents of one of the douche mcgouches inside. The group of individuals who pour out of the douche canoe can be affectionately referred to as a "s***storm of douchebags." Look at all the shit that he is selling - TONS of logo merchandise - Moto brands, movies and popular stuff. Reported him as well - through Ebay's system (not too many words allowed) He should be shut down. Since yesterday, looks like all his moto-branded merchandise is down - in addition to Buell. We ought to send notes to the companies that produce the movies that he's ripping off too. Burn him a bit. The guy that was doing the copyright work for Buell quit and is working some place else. I did my best to send him a list of items I would find on the web that had the counterfeit Buell stuff for sale. Some times he couldn't get it down fast enough. Other times he couldn't get it down at all before it ended. Right after the announcement for the closing there were all types of counterfeit items popping up everywhere. |
