So I take it that none of you voted for Obama, and are still pissed off that the Republicans were thrown out of office. Gee, like they didn't deserve it. If they foist Palin on the ticket again, count on 4 more years of Obama. |

My prediction for 2012, Dem: Howard Dean/Hilary Clinton VP; Repub: Sarah Palin/DickCheney VP sort of obamas plan inexperience at the president with very experienced VP. Who you gonna back out of this contest folks. Both sides have so much to hate and sweep under the rug. The country should be in truely desperate conditions by then. I see mobs burning mosques and lynching beurocrats by summer 2012. |

233 years ago, two dozen men in a tavern plotted to over throw a dynasty that was out of touch with the public, out of step with self rule, and heavy on the punishment.... Who is up for a brew ? .... |

pelozi's exhaled breath is almost as treasonous as she is. Few can lie so good. Less can call CIA liers and then end the discussion when called to the floor about it. This is person is so discusting it hurts to even think about the bitch. |

I want to see your peashooters vs the army's tanks. I'm expecting the armed forces may be the ones that spark it. |

The difference is this time it'll be coming from all over, not just the south, and the intent will not be to break away, rather to restore the government described by our founding fathers. |

And those outlaws would be referred to as traders to the nation. Remember our armed forces swore an oath to uphold the Constitution and follow the orders of our President, The Commander and Chief, Mr. Obama... So start something, I dare you, really. You will be staring down the barrel of a American Soldiers gun... (Message edited by jasonnennig on December 22, 2009) |

I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic [ . . . ] |

They also take on oath to protect that constitution from all enemies, foreign and domestic. Does that mean they obey the President if he is tearing said constitution apart? |

Then I guess a choice will have to be made. 1. Defend the Constitution or 2. Obey obama |

Who decides who the enemies are? You NICK...We leave that to the freely elected representatives in Congress and the President in this great country. There is often not a lot of difference between a vigilante and a Terrorist... |

So the Officers and Men really don't have to obey the orders of their commanders if they don't personally want to??? Oh Ya, that's rich- go into the military and try that and see how far you get, LOL... |

Oh Ya, that's rich- go into the military and try that and see how far you get, LOL... When a few Generals get together and decide that their men are being used as cannon fodder for pure political reasons and decide enact martial law until a proper civilian leadership can be restored what do you think will happen? It's decision time right down the ranks. I know you will think it can't happen, but history shows it does happen quite often. BO is shredding the constitution at an incredible pace. It's being noticed. |

Jason, you and your minions are irrelevant. As you recall, the Oklahoma bombings and the DC snipers were acts of terrorism carried out by very few individuals, yet, the results were significant. Imagine ramping that up a million fold. As for the military..... http://oathkeepers.org/oath/ |

We've managed to go over 100 years without armed rebellion. I'd like to keep it that way. In real politics, we can expect to see the R's take back the Senate, and possibly the house. Now, if that is a good thing or not will depend on the people WE hire in 2010. D or R. If we get the same guys who failed to control their spending between 2001-2006, then it will still be crap, even if they actually cut back some of the marxist frosting the current crop is spreading as fast as they can. ( looks like icing, really it's lard ) If it's the guys who failed to control spending 2005-2009, then simplify your life & get ready for welfare. If we hire people who will repeal the bad things this crop of self proclaimed masters are doing, and will do, and run a balanced budget, with responsible spending, not teenager with Dad'd credit card spending, like now, life will get better. That depends entirely on YOU. You have to pick your public servants with more care, and be convincing to others as to WHY your choice is better than party line voting. As to insurrection.... Any mob of idiots breaking windows and acting like a typical demonstrator ( anarchist/leftist/anti-western paid protesters, as seen on TV ) are going to get gassed, and arrested. And should be. T. McVeigh, no matter the truth or righteousness of his gripe, did it Frakking wrong. Period. Don't let anger at these a-holes get you to the same kind of foolishness. Please. |

Jason, how do you think things like this get started? It happens. I would hope the military would take the constitution seriously enough to defend it as they have sworn an oath to do. I, [name], do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic [ . . . ] |

Jason, you're living in a fantasy world. Sure, some of the grunts are deadbeats and MS13 types and some of the upper echelon are political hacks. They would be generally disinterested in siding with the populace but there is a vast middle core of the military that is fiercely patriotic. You can expect the military to be split with a bias towards the citizenry. |
