Any Agriculture school almost... we had sheep, pigs and cows running around like that.... research... and in the big picture they seemed to stick around the farm a lot longer than most if you know what I mean....

My one and only question: how much "research" do they need to do to figure out what's going on in a cow stomach? Didn't they have all that stuff figured out decades ago? Seems kinda' pointless now.

They are not necessarily doing "research". If you watch the video, they use the "ported and polished" cow to provide enzymes and microbes for sick cattle that lack them.
