OK .. as of this morning, I have received funds, or been told funds are coming on Monday from about half of the people that have confirmed they were attending. Again, paypal funds to me bkurtz@wi.rr.com or send me a message if you plan on paying on Monday. OK .. I just got off the phone with Kim at Buell and we will have use of the cafeteria so the food will be indoors. Weather will not be a concern. For those that haven't been there before - the cafeteria is not real big, so practice up on standing and eating as there will probably not be any seating for us (that would be reserved for the elves) | ||

Thanks Larry !!! MORE GOOD NEWS !! The Buell store at the factory is normally only open on Wednesday's, and this past Wednesday they were pretty much cleared out of merchandise ... As I am typing the store is currently being restocked and WILL BE OPEN ON MONDAY!! | ||

Funds sent Brian. My plan is to roll out in the four wheeler, funny the wife will do this spontaneous trip but still hesitates on letting me put Buell stickers on her car! I think we'll be able to work it out though... We'll be in Iowa later Saturday, still pending approval from the on duty supervisor tonight, but staffing levels will be good so I should be okay there. Really hoping to leave after the vital work is completed and maybe on the road by 3 or 4am! IA guys, we'll be staying in either Des Moines, Mason City, or Davenport Saturday, CF or Waterloo is another consideration too ha-ha. Pretty big spread but I want to stop and see a friend on the way. Since this is pretty random let me know if you'll need a chase/support vehicle for tools and such and I'll adjust for that, plus it will help keep my six year old engaged. -Mike 801-971-4493 | ||
