If there is a group riding in I would like to know. Need more info rally point, time, etc. I am pretty sure I can get the time off. Production employees are scheduled: Lunch 11:30 - 12:15. End Of shift at 2:30. I believe the salaried staff schedule is more flexible. | ||

I haven't been to work since Friday due to the same thing Zac is suffering. Two of my sales people are also suffer from it. I may get back n Thursday and expect a big hole in the sales floor where the Buells were parked since so many BadWebers have bought from us in the last three business days. I've actually finalized some deals from home. I've even sold some of the store Buell signage. If Buells sold like that last year, none of us would be having these threads. In any event, should I get back, I am sure health reserves and work commitments will make attendance on Joules highly unlikely. Like Zac, I may send some goodies though. ~jammer | ||

...and I have it on good authority that certain people will most likely be present on Monday.... Also, on the food / fetching front: we will be trucking our bikes from MD to IL (maybe all the way to WI, depends if we offload and keep on pavement after the show Sat night). That means we'll have a Ram 2500 diesel quad cab with 8' bed. Need stuff hauled? We'll load 'er up  Kim's bike will be there for a fellow badwebber to ride, but she'll likely be on the back of my Uly since she's (her decision, not mine) not ready for group riding. Or...push come to shove, she can drive the truck to the factory so we have a "runner" vehicle. | ||

I'd assume we're leaving before 1pm. Also. I have a quad cab dakota that I could take instead of the bike. If anybody needs a ride to the factory or from/to hotel and airport. Holler. I'll be a Buell Taxi Service for a day. If there's gonna be food. I have a grill I can bring as well. | ||

OK .. Here is the scoop on the food front. It's covered. Gus from Gus's Drive-In and Mark from Roma's have both graciously agreed to help out. Gus will be DONATING broasted chicken - if needed, up to 2 cases (that's 128 pieces per case) Mark from Roma's has the capability to do over 20 pies at a time and he is going to provide 40 large pies at $5.00 per. So total cost for Monday's lunch will be roughly $400 - works out to be $4 a person if we have 100 people. ($200 for the pies and $200 for bottled water and soda) I am thinking if people will donate $5 to $10 each, (just in case we don't reach 100 people) we should be covered. I figure any extra funds can buy a T-shirt (maybe we can get Mr. Buell to sign each) for both Gus's Drive-In and Roma's Pizza as a thank you - Together they are donating over $400 worth of food, that is a pretty big deal these days - but that does show the support Buell gets from the local community !! So if you would kindly, Paypal your donation to me @ bkurtz@wi.rr.com. Thanks !! Also - Spike240sx - do you think you could provide one of each decal to both Mark and Gus ? Photographer is covered, another East Troy local will catch photos of the ride and at the factory. He is a friend of mine that operates a Web Development business in the town square, www.velocetech.com . (He actually did the website for both Gus's and Roma's) Tight knit bunch out there is East Troy !!! He will be helping to haul the food from Gus's and Roma's as well. Gotta love the support !!! Paypal fundage for food will be forthcoming this evening We will also have a truck handy if needed. We'll likely ride 2-up to the factory...unless the truck is needed (Dodge Ram quad cab). Kim will probably be practicing "passenger shooting" with the camera during the ride from the back of the Uly, and we'll have 16GB of storage available for our pics, and probably my laptop for on-site card dumps if we fill 'em up. And I'm guessing Court will be a shutterbug as usual | ||
