Sometimes I believe that capital punishment is justified.

Really, the guy who can walk gets in and out of the passenger side twice, and once on tape and they still dont know who was driving.

And the fact that this is not vehicular homicide or at least manslaughter is a joke.

The guy on the bike was killed while they were fleeing a robbery for crying out loud.

About we take up a collection for a rope.

I mean he tried to KILL two Cops and they put him back on the street...give me a break.

Maybe it's time to take things in to our own hands as the courts are in the back pocket of the crooks.

As far as that old "I didn't see him" crap goes. Shoot someone and try to say you were target shooting and "I didn't see him" Any bets on what would happen to YOU.

Birdy are you saying that Committees need to be formed to render justice?

I'm saying If we do nothing we have only ourselves to blame.

It seem to me that the "law" is all about protecting the rights of the criminals AT OUR COST. Look how much your life is worth in court...5-7 YEARS with time off? Yet look a dirty photos and your off for life! Who gets hurt where?

I'm an American, born and raised and it's looking more all the time to me that we need to "Water The Tree" I've seen the rights that the Founding Fathers had in mind for ALL Americans to have and hold stolen by a few in the name of peace and public safety (maybe theirs NOT mine) They fear a man who can defend himself from fools like them. It's all about POWER and they want it all.

If you want to come to my house wearing a sidearm you're welcome to. I think it says I'll protect your home like it is mine.

I better shut up before someone shows up at my door to charge me with "Being UnAmerican" and tosses me in jail for a 100 years."

Rant over

"Hangin' is too good for him.....Burnin' is too good for him.....
I want to tear him into LITTLE BITTY PIECES!!!"

Seriously though, no murder or manslaughter charges? Who are they kidding?

We already know that just being a rider his life was worth less than any non-rider
on the road, as seen in the "Janklow incident", a few years ago. What was Janklow's
punishment again?? IIRC he served VERY little time and even got his license to
practice law back (despite being a felon).

Daiblobrian,

You are correct on Janklow. I sent Him a Email telling Him what I thought about it too.

He was also at one time the Governor, so He was well represented in Court, against a Family of Farmers.

Here is a post of mine on another forum back in '06. The Janklow story got me riled up again. The Barnard accident occurred back in the late 90's

Terry Barnard was killed by Senator Koella, there was a bunch of stuff about the State Trooper waiting for hours to administer a BAC test.

He turned in front of Terry and said he heard a thump got out of his van. He noticed a motorcycle accident a distance from his van and figured someone else caused it. Drove of down the road to his home. He got off real light as far as money and jail time. I think it was comunity service and like $1500.00 bucks.

Now he even kept his Senate seat but lost to his opponent that year.

Now here comes the Karma part. He had to undergo heart surgery, well thank goodness he did not make it. Payback to the Karma gods but what about his Family?

Then the state had the audacity to want to name a freeway after the late senator. The same road he killed Terry on. Hmmm do they want to crap on his grave as well or rape his widow?

Well the AMA raised money and erected bill boards naming the highway after terry. Not sure if they are still up and the state postponed the placement of the signs for the late senator. Not sure if they ever put those up either.

I wrote a paper for college on this story it really got to me.

Sorry but I can only hope Janklow gets hit by someone in a cross walk or something.

Also kind of upsetting the original AMA stories on their site is no longer there. I understand having to remove older news from the site but it is disappointing.
