hmm....if i bought that bike, and made a chopper out of it, i could have a chopper with a brand new engine. after all, that is the most desired bike to build a chopper out of. j/k guys. it was only a joke.

just FYI. Mancuso HD in Houston has a new 2001 white lightning sitting on the showroom floor, never been owned. I believe it had 3mi. on it last time I looked at it.

i asked the price on that x1 at mancuso last year and was told $10,000. it will be there for a while.

It can't be any nicer than My 99 X1 with 860 mi. on it.
I just picked it up not to long ago and it was PRISTINE.
around $4k

Oh and buy the way it will be FLOGGED this summer.
I can't wait to start riding it like it needs to be ridden

Make sure you do all the recalls to that thing. It'll give you miles of fun. The footpeg springs from the 2001+ model and the front brake rotor from a 2000+ are nice touches as well.

Yep I still got like five open recalls to get done here this spring... I am in the process of getting my tail seciton powdercoated and the fender eliminatinated.... I CANT WAIT TILL SPRING.
