After 100 km trip, when w went to garage, i felt that clutch is dragging. So first i decided to change transmission oil. After that it went worse, I cant find any gear, even neutral, after put 1st gear i can easily push my bike, like it is still on neutral. Any ideas?

Sounds like the shifting fork is damaged or broken.

You are certain your belt drive sprocket is not damaged? This happened to me once on a Sportster and I thought it was a clutch issue. Took the clutch off, took the gearbox cover plate off, took the gear cluster out, and noticed that I could see daylight through the hole for the sprocket drive. Imagine my embarrassment. Does the neutral light ever come on?
