well i loaded up the motor last night started to drive to his house then once I got in the area I called him, like we went over, and he didnt pick up. I drove around for almost 2 hours waiting for him to call back and he never did so I no longer think I am going to use him.

If someone is this unreliable when it comes to dropping off a motor, i dont even want to think about what would happen when he was building a motor and/or when I need to pick it up.

I have all the stuff in my truck I just need to find someone to take on the task. Can drop of any day this week after 6:30pm. call me if you are interested of know anyone that may be. THANKS

4) No set schedules - just chillin'
5) Squeeze the babies gently - I know they're still squishy, but they can still break
6) Smile big for your pictures
7) Watch out for all the "leaf gazers" in their automobiles. You know they won't be paying attention to the roads.

Can't wait to see everyone this weekend! This is gonna be GREAT!

Hey, Who's going this weekend?!?!

Some of you have sounded off on the board but there are a few I'm still wondering about.

Speaking of Bullets, Mr. X, You gonna get Squid-ly and the Dixie Chic to break you out for at least a few hours and head up this weekend?

I thought maybe you could follow behind me in the wheel chair and give me some pointers since you're not ready just yet to go back to riding with the big boys? give you a chance to show off those guns.

Man, I can't wait. All work and no play makes Bambi want to mow down the boss with an AK47. (Don't know if that's right. Not a gun person)

Can't wait to see the tiny, bitty kid-lings. I've had even less time with little people than I have had seat time in the past 15 years so don't be surprised if I just look and don't touch cuz they scare me! Makes me think about being a grown up and stuff.

Specially after having to watch what Kdan and his offspring are having to go through. Obviously the losing sleep doesn't stop even after the wobbly years.

Oh yeah, Thursday afternoon, Kdan and I are going to test drive the new "Smartcar" they are releasing next year in the states.

Think that's gonna be kinda of cool except he is already on line trying to see how to put a Hyabusa engine in it.

Just can't seem to get it through his head cars aren't SUPPOSE to do wheelies! (short of dragsters of course)

My buddy drives one of those in London. Gas is $9 a gallon over there at the moment and it get like 70 mpg right. Don't know if I'd want one over here cause one fender bender with my Expedition and they'll be burying you in that thing. What will they be charging for it when it sells?

Actually, if you go to the USA Website, there were a lot of safety regs they had to follow to get them in the states so it has a "Safety Cell" that stands up pretty well. The link above shows all the crash testing and such. They just look small. but like I have told the folks at work, "Dude, I ride a bike!"

This is a bike with a SHELL and a METAL Riding jacket.

Gas is $9

I was there last week and it was .97 pence a liter.

1 US gallon = 3.7854118 liter

so 1gal of petrol is 3.67 pounds

with the current excahange rate of the American dollar petrol would still only be $7.34

But almost all their salary is double. A bus driver can make over 40,000 pounds a year on straight wage (no overtime) which equates too $80,000 US.

Beer is most expensive in London at $8 (aprox) a pint (imperial).

Oh, and I drive a Mazda Miata (convertible of course) so....

For years some folks have been trying to bring them over but to get them up to regs there were ending up costing something like $35k or more. That's why it has taken so long to get them here, finding a way to meet the regs and still keep it the price cost affective (effective, I can never figure out which one to use).

They range from $11,590 to $16,590 and of course various upgrades. The one I am looking at is the middle of the road, $13,590. It will have a radio, single CD player and couple of other things but the idea is it is just a commuter car. I work in Buckhead and in the next couple of years will be moving further North with Kdan so from Alpharetta (or even further North ) at the going and going and going rate of gas, well, just trying to think ahead.

Would rather save the difference in the gas money and buy my "Car/Bike" collection.

Brian got the brace off this morning, (yay!) so the chances of us coming up on Saturday have exponentially increased.
I'm planning on taking the truck to work on Friday and then spending the night at the hospital so we can (hopefully) be on the road by about 0630 Saturday morning. Someone bring a pink helmet so we can get some pics of Brian strapped to the back of a bike.

Its good to be back...Its been busy at the Shred house and haven't had the time to event get on the Bad web.

With all the PTT/Inside Pass Buell events going on and racing,got a new house, Shelley's been to the hospital,I got sick with a stupid virus,last night Nicholas got his first set of stitches on the back of his head. He fell and hit the brick fire place. Was at the ER fro about 7pm to 11:30 with all that said "#$@!#$!@#$!$" I'm stress and need some R&R

I've missed ya'll.....can't wait to get to the hills and hang out and do a little riding.

Hey Dixiegurl, I'll call Black_sunshine and get a pink helmet from him. LOL!!!

Brian the pink helmet is a must....You know your a real man when you can wear pink. LOL!!! I just wear mine at the house behind bedroom doors for Shelley. LOL!!!
