What have you guys had luck using as a replacement pump in the xb's? dragging an 03 home, and sounds like the pump is gummed up from sitting to long.

John Lutz of Mid-Atlantic cycle in Pa. can supply a rebuild kit and has a few genuine Buell pumps left at good prices (a lot more than $29 though). don't be put off by all the Kawi Triple stuff on his website. this guy KNOWS Buells. I believe there are some on this board who have bought his kits. I can't comment on the pro's/con's vs. the MUstang parts.

I replaced fuel pump on 2009 Buell XB12 using this kit https://www.ebay.com/itm/380323398370

The fuel pressure regulator from that kit is wrong, it has lower pressure, so buy new original pressure regulator.

Pex clamps from that kit do not fit too, they are too large. You have to find correct size pex clamps.

I used Fuel Filter Wix 33095.

I bought all necessary viton o-ring on e-bay for cheap.

I bought new original fuel filter seals.

You can find necessary o-rings sizes on BuellXB.com forum https://www.buellxb.com/forum/showthread.php?52958-Fuel-Pump-O-Ring-information&p=607754&viewfull=1#post607754

Correct pex-clamps size is 11.3mm https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZSONG0E/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.

Hand made fuel pump puller https://www.buellxb.com/forum/showthread.php?15480-buell-fuel-pump-puller&p=608000&viewfull=1#post608000

Please note the posted info is for 2009 Buell XB12. Parts might differ for your Buell year. Do some research.
