it was taken at a RAF base in UK.... spitfire took to the air, I thought my racecan was LOUD!

As an Englishman , I have to agree Spitfires are superb looking and sounding, but I don't think you can beat the late model P51 Mustangs for sheer swoopiness.

Looked like a great day , Bmer ,which base is that , I used to live near RAF Coltishall in Norfolk.
