Performance Mods!: | Stage 1 race kit,XB12 airbox lid,Rear "Razor" rotor,Front "wave" rotor,supersport sintered brake pads.ZX1 friction eliminator added to gearbox @ 7000mls. F.A.S.T intake kit fitted @ 14,000mls, Jardine oval "race" silencer (still in box) will get fitted soon. 75.4BHP & 60.1FtLbs of Torque (4225mls before F.A.S.T kit was fitted). |
Problems/Miles (Please be specific): | 14,000mls no major problems,6120mls belt cracked (repalced with upgraded 9 belt).10k frayed clutch cable replaced & TPS re-set. worn front HT lead @ 14,000mls (replaced the pair) and fitted pro-series spark plugs. Prefer NGK Iridium plugs. |
Other Mods/Misc/Customization.: | Kellermann micro1000 indicators,Renthal handlebars & medium compound grips,Motrax bar-ends,Pillion Pegs & reflectors removed,along with the warning stickers.Polished rider heel plates.RRC shortened rear fender,revised idler-pulley bracket,CRG bar-end mirror.Black subframe/light assmbly + chin spoiler center section. Tiny Beringer remote reservoir fitted on the rear brake master clyinder.Yamaha R1 front brake master cylinder and Beringer remote reservoir fitted.Pirelli Diablo tryes. My bike was written-off after a R.T.A in August 04. After my surgery (to repair my damaged shoulder) I will stride another XB series Buell, that will be modified very quickly and used as a rolling advert for my company. |
