I just talked to the parts manager out here in Temecula, Ca. and he doesn't have the 12r parts in his computer yet. Can anybody help me get the following parts in black with a break down in pricing & shipping:

Front Fairing
Front Fender
Chin Fairing l/h & r/h
Tail section w/seat cowling

Thanks
Ski

I ordered red bodywork from Bubba and he had to order it from the factory and I still had it at my doorstep 10 days from the day that I placed the order. Not trying to stir anything up or cause friction, just relating my experience.

Rokoneer, Deeley's is located in Canada. Shipping takes a bit longer.

Dear Stuart (Gootch),
No sponsor, no sell parts online! You sponsor? : )

How is Gooch selling parts Blake? All he did was offer the part numbers.

We can't post part numbers here anymore?

Noface,
That bit means the post has been modified by Blake. I'm *guessing* that the sell part has been removed?

Jody,
What Peter guessed is correct. Gootch had solicited sales and posted his number. I deleted that portion of his post. No big deal. I'm sure he ws just aiming to help a fellow Bueller.

Thank you Peter.

We thought about it and we made rules. Simple, easy and we follow them.

Stuart is one of the shining stars, and has been for some time, of the Buell dealer system.

That's good.

Selling on Badweb web is limited to sponsors. If this seems odd, it's likely just "perspective" in that most of those to whom it seems odd have never written a check to keep badweb pluggin' along.

Sponsors ante up a very small fee to be sponsors. There is value in being a sponsor, in fact darn good value.

If Stuart paid to be a sponsor and I told him "hey, even if you pay the paltry fee, anybody who wants to can post free"....uh, you see what's happening here? The value of BEING a sponsor is zero and Blake and Co. end up paying again.

Stuart is a top-drawer person and Buell professional. He'll understand this.

Dave will take care of of you well.

I won't do my usual rant on hd dealer employees being dumber than rocks.

the parts our in the parts book which dealers have had since aug. of last year. its not hard to for them to do the job as long as they can read.

dave will do good by you.

I figured this guy was just being lazy, He's one that I really don't care for anyway. Their loss of a sale someone else's gain. Thanks for all the input.

I've been thinking of making that swap to black as well. Can anyone tally up the total price for a full set of Black "R" bodywork?

Dave,

How much is the black front fairing for a Firebolt? I saw that $545 and almost called you right now to order a set before I realized the fairing is missing.

I want a black XB9R too... I just need to wait until I actually have a white one to change out...

I may be sending you an email in a few months, Dave.
