Heck Sam,

Since you've gone through all of that trouble, why don't you just shoehorn a small block V-8 in there for a couple of weeks.

Blake,I was just wondering,if having an opinion different from ADMIN.aggrivates them, and LORD knows we wouldnt want to do that, doesnt that make Badweb like a COMMUNIST BOARD?One mind, one opinion?Wisdom comes from the council of many,!And by the way, this is not intended as a SLAM,just MHO!

as my motor has found a temporary home in Colorado!

You do know that they return from Colorado like teenagers returning from MCRD, right?

BEST ADVISE: Be strengthening the joints where your arms attach to their sockets.

Court, which MCRD did you get to frequent for 12 weeks? I'm guessing Parris Island.

Court, I have been trying to jerk my arms out of their sockets since puberty, but this may just do the trick. I doubt however, this way will be any more socially acceptable! hahahaha

Joe, is it done yet? okay...... now? Maybe I should run up to Frank's just in case he needs someone with a finely tuned throttle hand to do a check flight for you! Really, I'm dialing the phone now. Be very afraid!

Joe:

Negative....I was a "Hollywood Marine" from Platoon 3014 MCRD San Diego.

After that, through a touch of luck, I spent my entire time as the Congressional Aide to Commanding General Joseph Fegan, lounging in Building 31 writing letters.

What a life, eh?

Then it was back to the 'hood with frequent trips to Stanley, KS.

:)

Court, you have no idea how close to Stanley Joe is......not far at all. When my (not so little anymore) brother Graduated from MCRD in Cali I couldn't help noticing how clean the floors in the barracks were.......you have anything to do with that?

Buell content example:
thought this was a joke here in Kansas

>>>>you have anything to do with that?

:) No, my assignment to the General's Staff exempted me from all things Military, got me a key to the gate a Black's Beach (to allow me to run 2 hours each day on gov't property near UCSD), paid 80% of my off base housing (The Coronado Shores next to the Coronado Hotel on Glorietta Bay) and allowed me to wear civilian clothes.

Any questions why at the end of my gig I didn't re-up?

:)

Stanley, ain't that next to Kenneth? Talk about a wide spot in the road... not. How can they name a town after one solitary house?

Court, I may have cleaned those floors 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9 etc....etc...times. I was even in platoon 3107. Now this is where it gets strange, I also live in Stanley, KS. If I were a paranoid schizophrenic I'd be scared right now!

Has anyone seen this guy, I seem to have left a 2003 XB9R with him on Sunday.

L8R, Joe

OK. With the Exhaust finally on the bike here's what I think.

1. Sounds real good, if you don't like loud, you won't like this system. I prolly shouldn't have went up and down my street lastnight at 2200, my father n law called me at 0600 and asked me how I liked being woke up for no good reason He should have called me at 0300 cause I get up at around 0530 everyday so I actually got 30 minutes more sleep than usual

2. Small stumble at around 2.5-3.0 RPM range, more noticable during a cold start ride, or if you are in a higher gear going slower than you should be for that gear. When warmed up it's slightly less noticeable, but still there. Not a big deal!

3. Power is great, I'm gonna get it dyno'd next week. I blipped the throttle in 1st gear and the front wheel came up stronger and higher than I was used to without the system. Sam, we need to get together on this one!

4. Baffle In/Out? With the baffle in there is no change in loudness, this fauker is LOUD! but a sure change in the way the bike sounds when you get off the throttle, it stays steady and doesn't have any back pressure sound(for the lack of a better description) Baffle out, mine came out on the highway somewhere. It seems to have a slight back pressure sound when I let off the throttle and the baffle is out. More of a deep crackeling noise.

5. Riding in the city with all the tall buildings is great, the sound echos off buildings real nice, not to mention the look on peoples faces when they see its your sport bike and not some Harley that makes all that noise. What Waz That

I give this system
I'll post pics L8R when I get the digital cam.
Bolt on heads are next to come, I may have to have them sent to Franks or Sams house.
BTW: I have to give a big Thanks to Frank for putting the system together for me, and Sam for getting the bike to me.
See Ya, Joe

Here are the pics I took today!

Misato, Install took Frank 4 hours. He is a F/T Harley Tech, so I'm thinking it would take longer for most people who don't have the everyday experience. 2nd gear wheelies are attainable.

Pics.

Dont you want one?

Whole bike

Right side

Out of the heads

Bottom of Exhaust, See where I lost the baffle!

Right side

Under shot!
Thats it! I rode about 200 miles today without a problem. sounds great, looks great and you will make alot of noise.

See Ya, Joe

Misato, The pics I took were more than 60kb so I had to resize them. I can send you the pics tommorrow in full size.

No audio clip, but when I get it dyno'd I'll video it, if I can. The system cost 1400.00 roughly.

The tps didn't need to be reset, I believe it took 4 hours for Frank to install the system. I didn't ride the bike until it was finished, but I have been told if you install part of the system and not the entire setup, your bike will run like CaCa!!You can find it at www.nallinracing.com

Thank You for shopping. Joe
