I just got my annual bill and they have raised my rates $176. They said its because the risk has gone up in my area. Idiots. I dumped them. Hope everyone else does the same. Consumers unite!

I'm biased but I say use an independent agent, especially one who represents Foremost. They provide coverage at track days.

When I got married 7 years ago, Geico gave my wife and I full coverage for less than my individual PLPD cost when I was single. About every 2 years since then, we've compared rates and talked to private agents who are friends of the family. They can't come close to our Geico rate and have advised us to pay them for as long as they'll offer us that kind of pricing.

Ill be damned if im going to pay more for other morons that cant drive or ride. Ive got no tickets or claims. Why should i be penalized for some one elses risk. Besides its no longer cheapest.

My car and bike insurance, when I moved a mere 3 miles, went down to 60% of what it was before.

Geico has, although I've never used them for a claim other than glass breakage, been fine for me.

I just went through, State Farm, All State, Foremost, Dairy land, Progressive, and Geico is still the cheapest in my neck of the woods. So I will stick with them for now.

You either don't understand how insurance works or business in general.

I use State Farm for my bikes and Geico for my cars. Both have been the cheapest for their respective vehicles.

My renewal came up with Progressive through USAA and no changes in life caused it to jump from $230 a year to $880. Threw me for a loop.

My GEICO premium went down by around 50% in January. Both auto and motorcycle. I turned 30 in February... maybe why.

Everybody is concerned about 15 minutes saving 15%. Who cares how much you save if they screw you when you file a claim. Cut rate insurance equals cut rate service and more hassle when you have to work with their scab adjusters.

I was rear ended at speed by a dolt texting. Instantly was on my side sliding down the highway. I walked away with a blister on my pinky toe because as it turns out Doc Martens are not motorcycle boots..who knew. Helmet, gloves, long pants, Vanson pro perf jacket all saved my anything more than bruises and that blister where the docs were burnt through.

In comes Geico, the guy that hit me gave a fake address and lied about insurance to the deputies, so I had to claim it on my policy. I had good full coverage.

Alot of surface damage like passenger pegs and handlebars bent but the biggie was a softball sized caved in dent in the frame of my old XB9s. Geico said the frame could be repaired by cutting and welding it. I fought them for the better part of a year even had letters from Buell saying the frame couldn`t be hammered and welded back into shape. I ended up eating close to $800 over what they paid out to get it repaired with new factory parts at an HD dealership. The dealership even gave me deals on labor and parts to get it to $800 out of pocket after deductible.

Watch out for Geico. They save you $10 a month by screwing people for 100`s if they ever have to make a claim.

In Feb of 2013 I was in a rear ender on my Road Glide. I was middle of 3 vehicles stopped. A Gieco insured hit rear car doing about 30. I'm insured by State Farm, Progressive and another insurance company round to out those involved. It took FOURTEEN (14) months of the companies blaming each other for being slow to finally get my deductible. The hitter had $10K of property damage insurance, damages for the 3 of us was $35K. I priced coverage by other companies. None could come close, mostly due to length of time I've been with them.

Yeh I was looking at the coverage I had with Geico and its exactly half of what all the other insurance companys minimum is. The others are only a few hundred more for twice the coverage. It's a no brainer. Adios Geico...Chingas tumadres en la boca!!!

Its not just the coverage. Once the adjuster gets the claim they try to bully you into getting it fixed at some guys hone garage and do anything to avoid new parts. They trued to get me to use aftermarket no name and junk yard crash parts. If you don't agree they drag their feet till the snow falls. They took my bike from the dealership and dropped it off at their no name shop and refused to tow it back when I realized what they were doing. Then they use the quote from the scab shop as the max they will pay to have the dealer do the work with new factory parts. When I talked to their scab welder about the frame he told me he had never seen a buell gas in frame but he was sure he could hammer and weld it back in shape.
