| Problems/Miles (Please be specific): | 28 mi 20 May 2009 took delivery. 5,990 Stator failed 12,880 Stator failed 22,400 Stator failed, HD replaced rotor as well, new battery too. The VR went out somewhere in there too. All these were repaired by dealer under warrenty, as an ongoing problem. 28,000 Clutch weep. 38,700 I modified the airbox base gasket to eliminate it interfering with throttle linkage. 38,770 mi as of Jan 2014. 38,800 Sprag Clutch failed, had it replaced. All is great. 39,400 Starting relay failed. A small $5 item under the seat. 40,400 Stator failed, again. 49,000 Key switch failed. A PIA 58,270 Motor failed, loud expensive sounding thump. Got a 2010 crate motor and put it in. |

| Favorite Rides (Roads and Routes): | Any place along the coast from Big Sur to wine country north of San Francisco. Have ridden it over the Seirras to Nevada a couple of times. Longest trip was 5 days. |
| Why I do/don't ride a Buell: | A moto different. And it sure is fun when it's running right. When I look at the problems list I kinda wonder why I still have it. All the serious problems were covered under warrenty is why I guess. |
