Would a double-tranny make it a 12 speed or a 36?

Brap, look at the motor again.

Steve - it's doubled, not squared. : )

No need for any changes to the bike, just add hard bags and brackets to the accessory list. BUT..... if they do introduce a ST model with hard bags insurance rates would be significantly lower. Now that I like!!

Steve - it's doubled, not squared.

Actually, it would be squared. Any of the six gears in the first tranny can be used in conjuntion with any of the 6 gears in the second tranny.

THe pods seem to get smaller when you add bulk to the bad of the bike.

It looks good as a bagger in both R and Cr.

XL, black on black on black looks GOOD!

If that is a Givi box, you might want to look here: http://www.admorelighting.com/index.php?page=produ cts/index.php&subpage=1 for some extra lighting.

Neil - looks like they have a light kit for my top case expected in just a couple weeks.

I'll have to look into how cumbersome it will be to get the case on and off quickly to decide if it's worth it, but I have been contemplating it.

Givi makes a kit for that top case as well, but it only consists of 4 small LED bulbs in the center (you can kind of see the rectangular section in the lense where it goes).

The kit I have for my V35's has a real nice quick disconnect connector and makes it waaay easy to R&R the bags. The LED's from them are REAL bright, MUCH better than the Givi lights.

Cc, if the factory would replicate your ride, I give serious thought to swapping out my FJR and my Daytona 675.

Looks good man, very good.
