For some more LD/ daily comfort on my 1125rt I decided to put some "s" pegs on my 1125rt. Now I am trying the "x" pegs from a Uly.

SandX

They are wider and a little longer than the "s" pegs. Always nice to have some more support under your boots. The drop is about the same.

I only did a 5 mile loop but they do feel better.

They actually fit easier than the "s" pegs, no grinding required. If you want them in black, like the 09's they are ~$80, versus ~$42 for the au-natural.

I've got 5-6k miles on mine.
Put them on after the trip to Texas.

They made a big positive difference on the trip to Homecoming.

Good choice, Neil...

The 09 Uly pegs are supposed to have a grippier surface as well.

And twice the price! For what we are doing, (IMHO) they have enough grip.

Sunday. Should be home Monday evening. I have to go to work early Tuesday so I won't see you for a week or two. Hang on to them for me. Thanks, Frank.

You want grippy pegs?

http://www.americansportbike.com/shoponline/ccp0-p rodshow/9072.html

But FYI, they're actually taller than stock S pegs. I had to readjust my shifter after installing just to get my toe under.

Oh, and they're freakin' EXPENSIVE.

Yeah I have a bad enough time barking my shins on these pegs versus those aggressive cleats! I'd look like a 4 year old after trying to learn how to ride a bicycle. LOL

I'll stick with these for now.
